HOT SHOTS: MARIO LOPEZ & KARINA SMIRNOFF HEAT UP THE TURKS & CAICOS!

Lovebirds Mario Lopez and Karina Smirnoff traded in the wooden floors of the Dancing with the Stars ballroom for the sandy beaches of Turks & Caicos last week.
